This means that employment with Nxtbook Media will last as long as both the employee and Nxtbook Media choose to continue the relationship. Either the employee or Nxtbook Media may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
You should read this handbook in its entirety, understand its provisions, and comply with its requirements. The handbook describes many of your responsibilities as an employee and outlines the programs developed by Nxtbook Media to benefit employees. One of our objectives is to provide a work environment that is conducive to both personal and professional growth. No employee handbook can anticipate every circumstance or question about policy. The policies stated in this handbook are guidelines only and may be changed from time to time. As Nxtbook Media continues to grow, the need may arise to revise, supplement, or rescind certain policies or portions of the handbook. Nxtbook Media reserves the right to revise the handbook, as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Although every effort will be made to notify employees of any changes to the handbook as they occur, changes may take effect with or without prior notice. The only exception to any changes is the employment-at-will policy. No representative of the company, other than the owners, has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time or to change the employment-at-will policy.
