Flextime is offered to Nxtbook employees as a voluntary benefit to allow flexibility in work schedules. However, to make flextime work to the benefit of the employee and the Company, certain guidelines must be followed. It is each participant’s responsibility to be familiar with and abide by these guidelines. Employees may lose the right to use flextime if they fail to follow the guidelines. Any questions regarding flextime should be directed to Human Resources.
Life doesn’t happen in regimented, scheduled chunks, and being able to flex when I do my work has been really helpful in dealing with that, especially since we have two small kids right now.
