Nxtbook Media will reimburse employees for 80% of qualified tuition expenses, to a maximum of $2,000.00 per calendar year. Tuition reimbursement is available to Nxtbook employees for course work in any of the following areas: vocational, technology, academic, personal interest, and hobbies. Reimbursements will be applied to actual tuition costs only, no reimbursements will be made for travel expense, course materials, books, etc. Employees wishing to take advantage of this benefit must complete a Tuition Reimbursement Authorization Form at the time of enrollment. This form can be obtained from Human Resources and should be submitted for approval at the time of enrollment in the course.

Upon completion of the course, proof of participation and successful completion of the course requirements should be submitted to Human Resources.

Reimbursements will be processed through payroll on the first paycheck following proof of successful completion of the course.

Caveats

This benefit may not be applied to courses previously completed.

Tuition Reimbursement requests must be submitted within 90 days of course completion in order to be eligible for reimbursement.

Individuals must be actively employed by Nxtbook Media at the time of course completion in order to receive a reimbursement.

Any training course required by Nxtbook Media will not count toward the annual maximum benefit.
