Employees are also responsible for the internal security of such information. Unauthorized disclosure, use, removal, or copying of confidential information such as, but not limited to all copy, proofs, finished materials and related matters, computer data, or compensation is forbidden.
Employees who improperly use or disclose trade secrets or confidential business information will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, even if they do not actually benefit from the disclosed information.
