It’s hard to believe, but we’re already right around the corner from the New Jersey PGA Professional Championship. This year marks the tournament’s 98th iteration, and it will be hosted by Knickerbocker Country Club in Tenafly, New Jersey.
This year will be the first time Knickerbocker has hosted the NJPGA Professional Championship since 2014, when Pat Fillian took the title.
Last year’s NJPGA Professional Championship winner, Tyler Hall, will be attempting to make a run at back-to-back titles, which would make him the first to win two years in a row since Alex Beach managed the feat in 2016 - 2017.
Other names to keep an eye on include current ROLEX Player of the Year points leader Brent Paladino, who has already won the Charity Clambake and finished as low pro in the New Jersey State Open this year. Danny Harcourt, who started the year hot by winning the Match Play Championship, and Brian Gaffney, who has won both the NJ Senior PGA Professional Championship and the NJPGA Senior Match Play Championship, will also be notable contenders.
The top 11 finishers will qualify for the PGA Professional Championship at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Bandon, Oregon, from April 26 - 29, 2026.
Best of luck to all the players - we’re looking forward to our best New Jersey PGA Professional Championship yet!
