A quarter of the way through the 21st century, golf apparel has taken its place as one of the most innovative and versatile categories in modern casual wear. Development of softer, lighter and even more luxurious fabrics have made spring 2026 collections some of the most striking yet, as the industry leans to rich colors and elevated textures in garments fit for sport, leisure or other activities.
“It’s all about crossover pieces: Apparel that transitions seamlessly from the course to everyday life is huge,” says Kelsey Jo Holsten, PGA of America Golf Shop Manager at Monterey Peninsula Country Club in Pebble Beach, California. “We’re seeing tech hooded layers performing at the same rate as cashmere and subtle texture, such as performance fabrics with ribbing, is making a statement.
“In terms of color, earth tones and soft neutrals like muted greens, warm taupes and soft blushes are trending, as they are flattering, modern and pair well across collections.”
Color has always played a big role in distinguishing spring golf fashion, and the 2026 lines do not disappoint. From Antigua comes a palette grounded in a spectrum of greens – from perennial green and juniper to soft jadeite – which are layered with vibrant pinks and anchored by a rich, modern navy. A standout for spring is the Perfecto Polo, featuring printed floral collars and plackets that add a refined twist to traditional silhouettes. The line also presents a micro pique poly-spandex fabrication enhanced with Antigua’s Desert Dry technology, delivering lightweight breathability and subtle technical texture, as well as updated geometric prints like a new broken chevron motif in tonal perennial green and juniper showcased in the Rye Collection of quarter-zip pullovers and polos.
The latest line from Turtleson offers fresh new color options like azure, sky, azalea, jazz, tiger lily, periwinkle, red and daffodil, as it also moves forward with abstract and small-scale micro neat prints. Product highlights include the Duncan Polo, an “elevated take on the classic polo” done in luxe cotton styles with a soft hand and deep color saturation; Ballo Polo in an abstract turtle print that looks like a modern patterned polo from afar and a subtle turtle print up close; and Diamond Knit Series featuring a cotton/poly blend with Dri-Release technology and a cotton-soft tech shirt.
From FJ Apparel, look for a variety of color groups, each with a distinct mood and palette in updated designs, prints and patterns of different size and scale. The Nantucket Collection, for example, uses Nantucket red, chambray blue and coastal blue to evoke the tranquil waters of the Nantucket Sound, while Laguna uses blue reef, sea glass and white to channel ocean vistas and warm vibes. Also look for the TempoSeries of technical, lightweight layering pieces for everyday play, including a hybrid full-zip jacket, full-zip vest, tech midlayer and sun hoodie.
Rooted in the coastal elegance of Charleston, South Carolina, Harlestons’ three seasonal drops transition from stormy sea-scapes to summer days through a palette of moody ocean blues, marshy teals, soft pinks and sun-washed primaries. New lightweight cotton and pique offerings are balanced by luxe layers in merino wool and cashmere, including pieces like the Summit Hoodie and Cassique Vest, with Drop One channeling the calm before a coastal storm, Drop Two celebrating the crisp vibrance of spring in bloom and Drop Three paying tribute to the nautical charm of summers on the Eastern Coast.
BN3TH’s latest offering summons the rich visual legacy of 1970s Mexico, drawing inspiration from that era through a palette of soft, sun-washed blues and saturated rust tones. The collection’s everyday essentials are complemented by expressive prints like retro florals, geometric patterns and subtle tropical scenes that strike a balance between fun and refinement. Among the season’s standout pieces are the Classic Icon T-shirt, whose tencel modal and BCI cotton fabric is breathable and soft-draping in a modern silhouette, as well as the brand’s popular Ultra underwear with a second-skin feel, moisture-wicking properties and Ionic+ anti-odor technology.
Color is also a defining aspect of Greg Norman Collection’s spring offerings – from the Infinite Possibilities Collection, where soft lilac tones are paired with vivid pops of fuchsia with deep charcoal grounding, to Aquatic Tranquility, anchored in a fresh palette of oceanic blues and serene aqua tones highlighted by the season’s signature Capri hue. Rounding things out is Coastal Cool, featuring washed red lobster and breezy vintage blue in palm leaf and martini prints.

adidas is all about performance for spring, introducing a new technology to its golf short and pant offerings within the Ultimate365+ range. And from Summit Brands comes a variety of innovative fabrics, starting with B. Draddy’s Hurley layer made from a 75 percent cotton/25 percent poly blend and featuring elevated quilting, mock neck collar, refined four-button placket, ribbed cuffs and waistband and a soft and lightweight feel. At the same time, Draddy Sport touts the mini dot print Larson Polo made with the brand’s signature COOL FABRIC technology that’s cool to the touch, with an allover texture that translates to less fabric against the skin and more fresh air flowing through.
Meanwhile, sister brand Fairway & Greene’s line is marked by the Good Harbor Print Polo in an ultra-lightweight fabric with custom cutaway collar, multi-directional stretch, moisture wicking, 50-plus sun protection and a slightly more tapered fit. And from Zero Restriction, look for a new color in the best-selling TKO (“Technical Knockout”) hoodie with a breathable, quick-drying, motion-tuned fabric, flat shoelace drawstring at the hood and sleek kangaroo pocket with airy mesh interior.
