The NENY PGA Golf Pass is a fully digital platform designed to connect local golfers with exclusive offers at participating facilities throughout the region. Users gain access to a wide range of benefits, including discounted rounds, multi-player and group rates, complimentary services, offseason simulator savings, and invitations to Golf Pass–exclusive events.
For facilities within the NENY PGA Section, the Golf Pass presents a valuable opportunity to increase visibility and drive play. Participating courses receive targeted marketing exposure at no cost, reaching an extensive database of active, local golfers. Each facility is prominently featured within the app, allowing operators to showcase their offerings while attracting new and returning players.
Facilities have complete flexibility in structuring their promotions—whether through percentage discounts, buy-one-get-one offers, bundled packages, or added-value experiences. These incentives are designed to help fill tee sheets, particularly during shoulder seasons and off-peak times. Additionally, facilities can apply blackout dates or time restrictions to align with their business needs.
The Golf Pass eliminates the need for traditional paper booklets, offering a seamless, mobile-first experience. Golfers simply present the app at check-in, ensuring quick and efficient redemption for both customers and pro shop staff.
Facilities interested in joining the NENY PGA Golf Pass are encouraged to connect with a section staff member to secure placement ahead of the upcoming consumer marketing campaign.
The NENY PGA Golf Pass is now available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
To support PGA HOPE graduates beyond program completion, the NENY PGA is proud to introduce an expanded lineup of post-graduate engagement opportunities for the 2026 season. This year’s schedule features both a new event and the return of a long-standing favorite, along with additional social gatherings designed to keep veterans connected through the game of golf and the local community.
NENY PGA HOPE Spring Scramble The NENY PGA HOPE Spring Scramble will serve as the official 18-hole season kickoff, welcoming PGA HOPE graduates, veterans, and emergency first responders for a day of camaraderie on the course. The event will take place on May 29 at Fox Run Golf Club in Johnstown, NY, with a 9:00 AM shotgun start. Participants will enjoy an 18-hole scramble format followed by a sit-down lunch. Proceeds from the event will directly support ongoing PGA HOPE programming.
NENY PGA HOPE Fall Pro-Am Returning for its fifth year, the NENY PGA HOPE Fall Pro-Am will once again be hosted at Leatherstocking Golf Course in Cooperstown, NY. This signature event pairs PGA HOPE graduates with PGA Professionals for a memorable day of competition and connection. The five-person scramble will feature tee times beginning at 11:00 AM and includes lunch, prizes, and giveaways. All proceeds benefit PGA HOPE initiatives throughout the region.
PGA HOPE Graduate Social Gatherings In addition to on-course events, two social gatherings will be held during the 2026 summer season to further strengthen the PGA HOPE community. One gathering will take place at Whitman Brewing Company in Saratoga Springs, NY, with a second hosted at a Capital Region golf facility. These casual events will offer food, beverages, and light programming, providing graduates with meaningful opportunities to stay engaged and connected.
Veterans and PGA Professionals interested in participating in any PGA HOPE graduate events are encouraged to reach out to the NENY PGA staff for additional details and registration information.
