The 2026 Rocky Mountain Section PGA Snake River Chapter Spring Pro-Pro had a fantastic turnout on Monday, April 27th, at Ridgecrest Golf Club in Nampa, Idaho. 32 teams of 2 were treated to outstanding playing conditions and the competition could not have been closer. After 36 holes playing two formats, PGA Member Adam Martens and his partner, PGA Member Robert Holmes both from The Club at Spurwing in Meridian, Idaho, prevailed by a single shot over the second-place team.
The format for this team event is a morning better-ball of partners followed by a scramble in the afternoon. Martens and Holmes fired the best rounds of the 63-63, an 18-under par total score of 126! In second place shooting 17-under-par was the team of Dylon Kinyon, PGA Member at Clear Lake Country Club of Buhl, ID, and partner Paul-David Milton at The Club at 3 Creek in Jackson Hole, Wyoming 69. Alone in 3rd place with a two-round total of 14-under-par was PGA Member Drew McDonald and PGA Associate Grayson Giboney both of Banbury Golf Club in Meridian, Idaho.

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho — Travis Hofland and Grayson Giboney captured the Regular Division title, and Steve Meyerhoeffer and Tad Holloway took the Senior Division crown at the 2026 TaylorMade RMSPGA Pro-Pro Shootout, completed Tuesday at Pinecrest Golf Course. A full field of 52 two-person professional teams from the Rocky Mountain Section PGA competed across the 54-hole championship for a purse of $27,500.
In the Open Division, Hofland, PGA General Manager at Twin Falls Golf Course in Twin Falls, Idaho, and Giboney, Assistant Professional at Banbury Golf Course in Eagle, Idaho, posted rounds of 67–62–65 for a 16-under-par total of 194. A birdie on the 52nd hole gave them a one-stroke victory over Loren Jeglum, PGA Professional at TopGolf in Boise, and Kyle Weeks, PGA Association Golf Administrator in Boise.
The Senior Division produced an equally tight finish. PGA Life Member Steve Meyerhoeffer and Tad Holloway, PGA Head Golf Professional at Timberstone Golf Course in Caldwell, Idaho, carded rounds of 71–63–69 for a 7-under-par total of 203, earning a two-stroke margin over Mike Hamblin, PGA Head Golf Professional at Blue Lakes Country Club, and Tom Sanderson, PGA Golf Instructor at The Valley Club in Ketchum, Idaho, who finished at 205 (70–66–69).
The championship opened Monday, May 18, with Four-Ball Stroke Play followed by a Scramble. Competition concluded Tuesday, May 19, with a Modified Alternate Shot final round. Course conditions were strong throughout, aided by a mild winter across southeastern Idaho.
