JUPITER, FL – The Srixon South Florida PGA Junior Tour administered its third major championship of the 2026 season, the 42nd Nicklaus Junior Championship, at The Bear's Club on June 15-16, welcoming 96 junior golfers across three divisions. At the conclusion of the 36-hole championship, Reid Korody, Sarah Earle, and Eli Widom were crowned division champions.
Tucker Cullinan of Boynton Beach came from behind to finish runner-up at even par (144).
In the Girls 13-18 Division, Sarah Earle of Jupiter claimed the championship with a 36-hole total of 3-under par (141). Her final round was highlighted by six birdies and produced the lowest round of the tournament. The victory marks Earle's first career Medalist Tour title since joining the tour in 2022.
“I just played consistently and to win it is really important knowing the event's history” noted Earle, who comes from a family of golfers. Older brother James Earles had great success on the Junior Tour in the late 2010’ into the early 2020’s winning the Labor Day Classic in 2021.
Leah Gram of Jupiter earned runner-up honors at even par (72).
Eli Widom of Parkland captured the Boys 11-12 Division title after opening the championship with a 3-over-par round (75). Widom held a one-shot lead over Deven Allen of Fort Pierce heading into the final round and followed with another 3-over-par performance to secure the championship title (150).
Allen and Jionni Urbina of Orlando finished tied for second at 10-over par. Following a scorecard playoff using holes No. 10-18, Urbina earned runner-up honors by three strokes.
The victory marks Widom's first junior major championship and his third title in Boys 11-12 Medalist Tour division since becoming a member in 2026.
The 42nd Nicklaus Junior Championship is administered by the South Florida PGA in conjunction with the Palm Beach County Golf Association.
The 42nd Nicklaus Junior Championship is the third of eight junior majors to be contested during the 2026 season. The South Florida Junior PGA Championship is next on the calendar set for June 22-23 at Stonebridge Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida.
The championship also served as a qualifier for the Cameron Young & Justin Thomas South Florida PGA Junior Challenge Cup, where the overall champion of the Girls 13-18 Division earned a spot on the 24-player team.
Through her victory today, Earle has become the fourth player to qualify for the 2026 roster.

Port St. Lucie/Stuart, FL - Pine Tree Golf Club PGA Professionals, Tom Cooper and Taylor Morgan captured the Srixon Cleveland Pro-Assistant Championship, presented by Club Car, with a 20-under performance over the last two days at PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie and Mariner Sands Country Club in Stuart.
This year’s Championship welcomed 82 two-person teams playing at PGA Golf Club and Mariner Sands Country Club. PGA Golf Club played a scramble format, while Mariner Sands Country Club played a Chapman format.
The duo of Cooper, Pine Tree Golf Club’s Head Golf Professional, and Morgan, Assistant Golf Professional, posted a 12-under 60 during the first round in the scramble format, putting them one stroke ahead of Cameron Fady and Kyle Horvath of Quail Creek Country Club, Morgan Jewell and Nick Hocker of Floridian National Golf Club, and Mike Schuette and Walker Singleton of Loblolly following the first day.
With the more difficult Chapman format left for the final round, Cooper and Morgan managed a bogey-free 8-under showing, holding off Fady and Horvath by three, who fired 6-under in the final round. Jewell and Hocker managed a third-place finish with a 5-under final round score.
Defending champions Austin Davenport and Nick Beddow of APOGEE finished tied for fourth at 15-under with Mitch Gray and Daniel Escalera of La Gorce Country Club. Beddow also recorded a hole-in-one at Mariner Sands Country Club on hole 6 in the final round.
Srixon Cleveland served as the title partner of the 2026 Pro-Assistant Championship, while the event was presented by Club Car, and supported by Ghost Golf, Perry Weather, Oakley, Range Servant, Signs by the Sea, and Firemaker.
PGA Golf Club and Mariner Sands Country Club served as this year’s host facilities, led by Jeremy Wiernasz, PGA, Holly Taylor, PGA, and Garry Nelson, PGA of PGA Golf Club, and Tim McKenna, PGA, and Logan Knebels, PGA of Mariner Sands Country Club.
