Summit Brands — which encompasses Fairway & Greene, Zero Restriction and B. Draddy — has built a thriving tournaments and outings business by offering a seamless experience and highly diverse product range. For golf facilities trying to appeal to a wide field of participants and tastes, this triumvirate of brands literally has “something for everyone,” and dealing with a single source can make life easier for PGA of America Golf Professionals and other tournament organizers.
“Being able to use one company with a microsite that can offer multiple brands allows for a better experience,” says Kevin Baldizar, PGA, Director of Golf at Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach, Florida. “In addition, it simplifies the gift selection for both the players in the event and the staff. The product comes neatly packaged and labeled with the players’ names, which allows the distribution process to be effortless.”
Addison Reserve used a combination of all three Summit Brands’ offerings for its most recent men’s member-guest involving 180 participants, providing $180 at tournament pricing for each golfer to pick items from the microsite.
“The members and guests enjoyed the ability to pre-select items from multiple brands,” Baldizar explains. “Many of the players were pleased to see Zero Restriction, as they have not seen it offered very often.”
Turtle Creek Club in Tequesta, Florida, used all three Summit Brands offerings in an “online shopping spree” for its 2026 men’s member-guest invitational. According to Head Professional Toby Hill, PGA, the 120 players had eight points to spend, which was equivalent to $200 wholesale, and were able to pick from a variety of pieces that included polos, outerwear and other items. To add a personal touch, each player also received a T-shirt featuring hand-painted artwork of Turtle Creek’s ninth and 18th holes.
“I think everyone enjoyed that they could pick what they wanted online, and it was here waiting for them on registration night,” Hill says. “The B. Draddy trailer was a nice addition to the presentation and is where we handed out the T-shirts. We also had the custom artwork framed and given out to our champions.”
BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach, Florida, decided on two of the three Summit Brands as part of a multi-brand shopping spree for the Fitzherbert Invitational, the club’s annual men’s three-day member-guest event. Director of Golf Jeff Fitzherbert, PGA, included B. Draddy polos and shorts, and Zero Restriction outerwear in a selection that also had options like Callaway golf equipment, Ogio luggage and Cole Haan shoes. He said the 144 participants enjoyed the number of selections and quality of the products, applauding Summit Brands, in particular, for being organized from start to finish.
“There were plenty of selections to choose from, and the process was seamless,” Fitzherbert notes. “The communication was exceptional, the product arrived on time and the back-end work of sending some un-logoed product back was done very quickly.”
In addition, for last year’s annual 1854 member-guest — one of its two biggest events of the year — Philadelphia Cricket Club in Flourtown, Pennsylvania, featured a Zero Restriction package of a short-sleeve rain jacket and rain hat. Zero Restriction created a microsite members and guests accessed to choose their color for the rain jacket and hat size, while also filling in their name and contact information so the staff knew how to distribute the pieces.
“When I tell you that every single person in the member-guest field used their top and hat the first day of the tournament during a pretty heavy day of rain, I’m not exaggerating,” Golf Operations Manager Haley Smith says. “We also went with the short-sleeve rain top so it can be worn throughout the summer, making it an even bigger hit.”
