Our newest State Open Champion has been crowned. Congratulations to Muzzy Donahue on his amazing performance at Minnesota Valley CC for the Minnesota State Open. Many thanks to the members, staff and team at MN Valley especially Head Golf Professional, Matt Pauluis, PGA. Well done!
The KPMG Women’s PGA Championship was successfully hosted by Hazeltine National Golf Club. Ian Brandt, PGA and his team along with the entire staff and membership did an excellent job hosting the major!
Our Assistant/Associate calendar remains busy with Andrew Israelson winning the most recent event with Trey Fessler, Nate Adams and Charlie Larson on his heels. The group has also been a huge part of the success for Holes for Hope that benefits people in need in times of trouble. A great cause with excellent support.
Congratulations and welcome to the Section new General Manager at Hazeltine National GC Thomas Barksdale, PGA. Thomas comes to Minnesota via Prairie Dunes Country Club and will lead the squad at Hazeltine National as they prepare for the 2029 Ryder Cup and many other special events. Welcome!
