The South Central Section has had a fantastic Junior tournament season this summer! We wrapped things up with a highly successful Walter Hopper Championship at KickingBird Golf Course in Edmond, which saw a full field of participants.
This season, we achieved record membership numbers for our Junior Tour and saw increased participation in both our one-day events and Players Tour events. We also had a boost in participation for our Drive, Chip and Putt local qualifiers.
A huge congratulations to all our participants! We'd also like to extend a special thank you to all the golf facilities that generously opened their courses to us this summer as hosts. Our Junior Tour and DCP would not be possible without the incredible support of our Golf Professionals.
We're excited to announce that we'll be expanding our Junior Season into the fall with additional tournaments to continue fostering growth.
