We encourage all of our members to have a health care provider who they see regularly. While it may not be required, it’s good for us — and helpful to you — if we know who your primary care provider (PCP) is so we can help support the coordination of your care as needed. To let us know who your PCP is or to get help finding one, call Customer Service at the number on your member ID card.
