If someone helps with your care, add them to your personal support network. Adding them as a caregiver or authorized representative helps us make it easier for them to care for you — and we can help them take care of themselves along the way.
To add someone to your personal support network, sign in to your plan website at myUHCmedicare.com/retiree, go to Account/Profile, then Account Settings. Then, look for My Personal Support Network. You can also add someone to your personal support network by calling Customer Service at the number on your member ID card.
