In Olivia’s Words: “My dad is an Army veteran, which is why I have been seeking out scholarships like yours. Although he was never deployed overseas, he served our country with pride and carried the values of service into our home. His strength and work ethic have shaped me into who I am. My family is loving and supportive, but they are not in a position to help financially with my college education. Paying for tuition, housing, books, and basic necessities will mostly fall on me, which makes scholarships like this one not just helpful, but life changing.”
