Washington state’s award-winning Gamble Sands will open its newest course, Scarecrow, from architect David McLay Kidd, on August 1. The course complements the already existing top-100 Gamble Sands and 14-hole QuickSands par-3 course. After an enjoyable day on these vast panoramic layouts, head to one of the two dining venues on property, the elevated Danny Boy or the more casual Barn. Visitors can stay on property at one of the modern cabins, and don’t forget to enjoy time around the fire pits before you turn in.
