The midwest, and specifically the Chicago District, is littered with great golf courses fit for elite players to compete on. This season, a number of those will be on display, as the PGA Tour, USGA, Western Golf Association (WGA) and more will visit the Great Lakes region throughout the spring and summer. Highlighted by the 80th U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally at Erin Hills and the 123rd Western Amateur Championship at Skokie Country Club, folks from all walks of life are sure to enjoy some “midwest nice” in the months to come.
