Dominion has announced that Diane Leopold is the new president and CEO.
At DTE Energy Co., Angela Buk has been named chief investment officer; David Johnson has been promoted to senior vice president, customer service and economic development; and JoAnn Chavez has been named vice president, legal and chief tax officer.
At Emera Inc., Scott Balfour has been named chief operating officer. He will provide senior executive governance to Emera’s affiliates in Florida and New Mexico, in addition to his current responsibilities.
New Jersey Resources Corp. has named Amanda Mullan to the role of senior vice president and chief human resources officer.
PG&E Corp. has elected a new chief to replace Chairman, CEO and President Tony Earley when he steps down later this year: Geisha Williams, who is currently president of PG&E subsidiary Pacific Gas & Electric Co. Her role will be absorbed by Nickolas Stavropoulos, who leads the company’s gas division, and his new title will be president and CEO of Pacific Gas & Electric. Williams steps in for Earley on March 1.
Jeffrey DuBois has been named executive vice president and COO of South Jersey Industries and will retire from the company in January 2018. South Jersey Industries’ Stephen Clark has taken on an expanded role as executive vice president. Kenneth Lynch continues as senior vice president and will also become chief risk officer, while Steven Cocchi, previously vice president for rates and regulatory affairs for South Jersey Gas, has been named vice president for strategy and growth for South Jersey Industries. South Jersey Gas’ new president is David Robbins, previously senior vice president for strategy and corporate development at the parent company. South Jersey Energy Solutions’ new president and COO will be Gregory Nuzzo, previously senior vice president. Linda Hibbs, who was previously vice president for information technology at South Jersey Industries, has been named senior vice president for customer experience at South Jersey Gas.
At Southern Co. Services Inc., Nancy Sykes has been promoted to executive vice president, chief human resources officer.
Southern Star Pipeline has announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Jimmy D. Staton as president and CEO, replacing Jerry L. Morris. Morris will remain as president and CEO emeritus until his retirement in early 2017.
