Golfers looking for real estate opportunities are in luck, as a number of high-end developments have new properties available or in the pipeline. In Florida, Panther National – the acclaimed new club with a course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas – has a limited number of Phase 1 properties remaining, including turn-key estate and custom homes. Speaking of the Golden Bear, Jack’s Bay Club in the Bahamas is constructing the first Jack Nicklaus Heritage Design course to go with its Tiger Woods-designed short course, and the development has limited properties remaining with founder’s benefits.
To the north, Reynolds Lake Oconee in Georgia will soon open its new Richland Course, a private layout designed by Tom Fazio, and plans to release new properties in the adjacent Richland Point development. And to the far west, Idaho’s Tamarack Resort is placing a renewed emphasis on golf real estate with the grand opening of its renovated Osprey Meadows course – a Robert Trent Jones II design – on track for this summer.
