“Innovation is in the DNA of Brightline as we reinvent train travel in the United States,” says Gabriel Martinez, VP, distribution & channel sales. Brightline’s modern, eco-friendly, higher-speed rail service connects South and Central Florida with 30 trains daily, including 15 daily departures from Miami and Orlando. Regular service from Orlando to Miami stops at all South Florida Brightline stations including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Aventura. “Our experience is at the intersection of transportation and hospitality, permeating innovation from the moment guests step into our stations and onto the train,” says Martinez. “Our north star for innovation is the experience. Brightline has quickly become known for that guest experience, innovative station design, spacious lounges and comfortable train sets.”
Orlando’s modern, 37,350-sf station decked out in signature yellow is located at the Orlando International Airport adjacent to Terminal C. “The stations are meticulously built through the lens of today’s modern traveler,” notes Martinez. “All stations and trains are packed with amenities including Starlink WiFi, chargers and outlets at every seat, and available F&B.” A custom portal at Brightline for Business gives planners options to arrange event shuttles, book in-station conference rooms and make fee-free ticket changes. The portal also offers fixed group rates and allows bookings for up to 240 attendees, including an entire train.
Brightline enables planners to design split programs in some of Florida’s most popular incentive destinations, without the hassles of added flights and airport waiting time. It also connects to all South Florida cruise ports. “Depending on the season, think about the opportunities to bring a group originating in Orlando to world-class experiences in South Florida like a Miami Heat game, or a soccer match in Fort Lauderdale to root for the legendary Lionel Messi,” suggests Martinez. “Or, foodie attendees can dine their way across South Florida during special restaurant months across the region, from West Palm Beach to Miami. There are also many opportunities for add-on experiences in culturally diverse neighborhoods, from Wynwood in Miami to Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, and from Boca Raton to Worth Avenue in Palm Beach." – Regina Baraban”
