Eligibility Requested: Your application for FPGEC certification, along with the appropriate fees, has been received. The FPGEC has not received all the documentation required for evaluation to begin. As documents are submitted, the received date can be found in the “View Status” link.
In Review: All documentation has been received, scanned, and uploaded to your e-Profile. The “View Status” link will show all documents marked as “Received,” with the date they were processed. Your “In Review Date” marks the start of your initial eight-week evaluation period. This status also means your evaluation is “in-process.”
Application Deficient: The FPGEC has completed the first evaluation of your application and has found one or more deficiencies. Application deficiencies include, without limitation, documentation of completing a 4-year pharmacy curriculum or a question about the authenticity of a document. Your action is required as outlined in the Deficiency Details section of the “View Status” link. If there is a question about the authenticity of submitted or received documentation, FPGEC will correspond with you in writing to your primary email and/or primary mailing address. Once documentation is received in response to the deficiency, additional evaluation will begin. Your Application Status will remain in “Application Deficient” status until all deficiencies are resolved or your application file is closed. Review the Document Status section (below) for more information.
Application Accepted: All documentation has been evaluated and found to be acceptable. An acceptance notification will be posted to your e-Profile. If exam registration is open, the “Purchase FPGEE” link will be visible under the “Active Applications” tab. The status will remain “Application Accepted” until the application expires or is closed.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have requested ADA exam accommodations for your FPGEE examination, you will not be able to purchase and schedule your examination until both your FPGEC application is accepted AND your testing accommodations have been approved.
Your document status, received date, and accepted date can be viewed by clicking the “View Status” link under the Documents column of your “Active Application” tab.
Note, some documents can be listed as “Accepted” while others are listed as “Received” or “Deficient.” All documents must be “Accepted” before your application is accepted.
