CDGA Social Competitions have returned in 2026 after another successful year in 2025. Perfect for members of all skill levels, genders and ages, the casually-competitive events offer a variety of formats, including net events, four-person teams, two-person teams and much more. In all, 40 events will be contested from May to October at returning and new courses.
May marks the start of the slate, starting with the third year of the CDGA VGA Two-Person Veterans Cup Series. Open to members who served our country, as well as active duty members, the series features four qualifiers and a championship in October at Bull Valley Golf Club. The first qualifier of the year was May 1 in Central Illinois at The Den at Fox Creek.
Teeing off on May 5 at The Glen Club, the CDGA KemperSports Two-Person Scramble Championship makes its annual return with seven qualifiers during the season held at a variety of KemperSports tracks. Those who qualify for the Championship will tee it up at Harborside International Golf Center on October 1.
Sponsored by Golf VX, the CDGA Net Series remains a popular net event for CDGA members. Four events make up the qualifying season, with the Championship hosted at Kemper Lakes Golf Club in late September.
The ever-popular CDGA Four-Person Scramble Championship presented by Jersey Mike’s will have its first qualifier in late June at Glenview Park Golf Club, followed by five more qualifiers leading into the Championship at Bowes Creek Country Club.
Tullymore Golf Resort enters as the sponsor of the CDGA Senior Trifecta and Women’s Trifecta Series. The Senior Series and Women's Series will each have three qualifiers - all with a different format - that will be contested throughout the summer before the Championship finale at Itasca Country Club.
Multiple single-day events will be featured in the 2026 slate as well, including the 4th CDGA Family Stableford Championship at Prairie Landing Golf Club and the 14th CDGA Super Senior Championship hosted by Phillips Park Golf Course. Lastly, the 55th iteration of the CDGA Mixed Championship tees off at Inverness Golf Club in late September.
Members will have numerous opportunities to play at private country clubs during CDGA Member Days presented by Tour Edge. The calendar offers four member days at the following courses: Point O’ Woods Golf & Country Club in Michigan, The Club at Strawberry Creek in Wisconsin, Flossmoor Golf Club and Lost Dunes in Michigan.
