Last moment of nostalgia
My daughter Delilah was visiting, and we were looking out at our backyard, thinking about their old swing, and she said “What a great childhood I had.” It made me a little sad—that it was over.
Last fashion disaster
I don’t really understand that world, and yet my kids are thriving in it. I wear the same clothes every day, so every day is a fashion disaster for me, at least relative to them.
Last DIY project
I glued together a plate that broke a couple of days ago. Lisa [Rinna, his wife] will say that I’m pretty handy. I’m too cheap to hire people, so I do it all.
Last time I was starstruck
I was at the Valentino store, and the guy said, “Do you know Colman Domingo?” He’s a good friend of Lisa’s so I said, “Yeah.” He takes me into the dressing room where Colman’s trying on his Met outfit. I’m thinking, I’m not supposed to be here. I was impressed, put it that way.
Last time I danced
At Sundance [Film Festival]. I spent a couple of hours dancing. There’s no style to it, it’s very ’70s, very hitchhike. Lisa and I both have this thing where if we see a bunch of people sitting around, and there’s a DJ or a band, and no one’s dancing, we get the party started.
Last time I was out of my comfort zone
I’m never out of my comfort zone.
