Boldly ‘Brew-Wing’ at EPCOT: As the 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE continues through Nov. 18, few dishes are generating more buzz around the neighborhood than the daring favors available inside the new Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey, featuring the culinary creations – and madcap mishaps – of Muppet Labs. With Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and his trusty partner Beaker as their hosts, festival goers can sample concoctions that are generating considerable buzz around the neighborhood, including the “Unnecessarily Spicy, Yet Extremely Tasty Scotch Bonnet Pepper-Curry Wings with Cucumber Yogurt†(that’s not editorial commentary – it’s the dish’s actual name) and the headline-grabbing “Pickle Milkshake.†Of course, not every dish is so daring, as you’ll find a wide range of new flavors and returning favorites across the festival’s nearly 30 Global Marketplaces, from the “Canadian Filet Mignon served with Mushrooms, Boursin Black Truffle & Sea Salt Mashed Potatoes and a Boursin Black Truffle & Sea Salt Whipped Butter†at the Canada Global Marketplace to the plant-based Guava Cake with Whipped Cream and Coconut at Shimmering Sips – a marketplace that, like the festival itself, is presented by our friends at CORKCICLE.
This holiday season, Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort will host a brand-new nighttime party, Disney Jollywood Nights, on 10 select evenings from Nov. 11-Dec. 20.
