Since 2020, the TGA Foundation has partnered with Youth on Course to provide juniors across Texas with affordable access to golf. For an annual membership fee of $20, boys and girls ages 6-18 are eligible to join Youth on Course Texas which entitles members to play for $5 or less per round at over 70 participating facilities throughout Texas and thousands more across the country.
In addition, a Youth on Course Texas membership also includes a Texas Golf Association membership, an authorized USGA/GHIN Handicap Index® (if not already issued), and access to the GHIN Mobile App to post scores and track stats and progress.
About Youth on Course
Youth on Course is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides youth with access to life-changing opportunities through golf. Private funding makes it possible for members to have access to play for $5 or less through subsidies to thousands of courses throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Members have the opportunity to succeed through Youth on Course programs, such as DRIVE Club, Careers on Course, Leadership Council, and College Scholarships. Youth on Course also recently announced the launch of an Alumni Network which extends membership to those 19 and older. This elevated membership offers opportunities for young adults to connect at complementary events, access exclusive deals, find jobs, and much more.
