After reviewing this Bulletin and all supporting information on the NABP website, complete the FPGEC application.
All FPGEC certification candidates are required to have an NABP e-Profile. If you do not have an e-Profile, you may create one using the instructions on the NABP website.
The name in your e-Profile must be entered as it appears on your official transcripts and photo identification (see the acceptable identification list).
FPGEC recommends choosing “Pharmacist” when you are prompted to select your profession to properly add your foreign education record.
If the name on your ID does not match your e-Profile or FPGEC documents, see the Name Changes, Name Matching on Documents, and Other Guidelines section for instructions.
If you have a name change or a name discrepancy, it will be addressed during the evaluation process, not prior. This occurs after we have received and reviewed all required supporting documentation to support your application submission.
IMPORTANT: Do not submit documentation until you have submitted your FPGEC application.
You must submit your payment using a credit or debit card at the time you submit your application. Personal checks, bank drafts, and cash (or other unapproved forms of payment) are not accepted.
The nonrefundable FPGEC application fee is $750, which includes a $100 administrative fee and a $650 document evaluation fee. There are no exceptions to this refund policy.
Candidates requesting testing accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) must submit a request form and supporting documentation during the online application process. Please see Requesting ADA Testing Accommodations in Section 13 of this Bulletin for more information.
