Nov. 7-8 | Poppy HillsThe team of Penny and Tom Walch sewed up Mixed Team Series Team of the Year honors thanks to their win in the Big Sur Flight at the season-ending championship at Poppy Hills.Team Walch finished the season with 2,190 points. "It wasn't easy, we had our ups and downs. Golf is emotional," Penny said. "But it was fun.""We have a lot of fun," said Tom. "Her consistency and my occasional shot-making makes it work."Penny, 74, has been competing in NCGA events for years.
