As a staff, we work hard to pay attention to current golf trends and what our members are wearing and playing in. Additionally, we survey the membership at the beginning of the year to gather their preferred vendors and styles. We make sure we price match all the local stores and endeavor to handle any issues with products seamlessly and swiftly. We take the approach of gratitude that our members are buying from us and want to offer them the kind of service – more specifically as it pertains to returns, etc. – as a department store would. More recently, we have started to branch out into gift ideas so our members can stop by the club to pick out a candle, some glassware or something similar as a gift for some friends they may be visiting for the evening.
