Here we are again. We are just past the half-way mark of summer. I have to admit that I have not had an active summer filled with outdoor activities. Due to a broken foot, I have not been able to go to the beach, scout the woods, I have not been on my atv. I think for me, the most difficult part is that I have not been able to go to the gym. So, instead, I just did some grillin on my new Camp Chef Smoker, gaining some weight in the process. What can I say? Sometimes life throws us a curve ball and you just have to roll with it. I wish that I had a great story to tell you about how I broke my foot. But the truth is, I had a clumsy moment. I fell down the steps of my front porch. But on the flip side of the news, my foot is just about healed and looking forward to hopping onto a charter boat and doing a little bit of salt water fishing. So, you can look forward to having a look at what I catch in the upcoming editions of the American Outdoor News Cooking Corner.
In the August Edition of American Outdoor News, we feature Country Music artist and co-host of HeadHunterTV, Nate Hosie. He has overcome obstacles and personal tragedy at the start of his career. But it is those events that fuel his passion and desire. His roots are deeply entrenched in music and the outdoors but, through it all, Nate Hosie has found a way to make it all work. Nates heart warming tale of triumph over tragedy will give you a better understanding of the man behind the paint.
Thank you again for following along with American Outdoor News as we share our adventures with you. We appreciate your support.
Sincerely,
