Rep. Lauren Boebert’s Shall Not Be Infringed Act is a comprehensive repeal of every Second Amendment infringement passed by the 117th Congress and signed by President Biden. This includes the gun control contained in (1) the Cornyn-Murphy Sellout, known as the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, (2) the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2022, (3) the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, and (4) the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023. Cosponsoring Rep. Boebert’s legislation sends a strong message that the Second Amendment SHALL. NOT. BE. INFRINGED.
Sec. 2: Repealing Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 Gun Control
Public Law 117-328 enacted the following gun controls1 which are unconstitutional and repealed by this act:

Public Law 117-159 enacted the following gun controls which are unconstitutional and repealed by this act:
Sec. 4 and 5: Repealing Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2022 Gun Control
While GOA members were successful in demanding some gun control be struck from the original Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (VAWA) proposal, the following gun controls20 were retained and are repealed in this act:
Sec. 6: Repealing James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 Gun Control23
In this military funding appropriations which became Public Law 117-347, there was a provision (Section 595) which created a program for storing firearms which can be used to justify a nation-wide mandatory safe-storage program which is repealed by the Shall Not Be Infringed Act.24
