Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. has named Denise Galambos the vice president of human resources. Galambos has worked closely with BGE’s human resources and executive leadership teams since 2003 as the company’s associate general counsel for labor and employment. She replaces David Vosvick, who continues with Exelon as vice president of Human Resources of Pepco Holdings, which includes Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power and Pepco.
With the completion of Summit Utilities Inc.’s acquisition of A. O. G. Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary Arkansas Oklahoma Gas Corp., Kim Linam, AOG’s president, will continue in a national role as chief administrative officer. Bob Neissl, AOG’s senior vice president of Operations, will also continue in a national role as chief operations officer. Fred Kirkwood, AOG’s senior vice president of Customer Development, Therese Reinhard, AOG’s vice president of Engineering, and Jeremy Schreckhise, AOG’s vice president of Information Technology, will also continue with SUI in those same roles, but on a national level.
Thomas Webb is stepping down as executive vice president and chief financial officer of CMS Energy Corp. and Consumers Energy Co. and is taking on the role of vice chairman for the two companies until his retirement Nov. 1. Rejji Hayes, a former CFO of ITC Holdings Corp., will succeed Webb as executive vice president and CFO.
At SCANA Corp., Ronald Lindsay has retired as senior vice president and general counsel. He is expected to provide independent consulting services with Scana Services Inc. through the end of the year.
Ed Rogers has been promoted to president and CEO at Valley Energy, replacing Bob Crocker, who has retired.
At Dominion Energy, Diane Leopold’s title has changed to executive vice president and president and CEO – Gas Infrastructure.
