Two new marine fuel caps coming down from the International Maritime Organization—a 0.5 percent global sulfur cap by 2020 and a 50 percent reduction in carbon dioxide emissions by 2050—have created unprecedented interest in liquefied natural gas from the shipping and cruise industries and from the companies supplying the LNG in port.
