CenterPoint Energy Inc. announced two senior finance leadership appointments. Stacey Peterson has been named senior vice president, financial planning, and treasurer. Peterson leads the company’s financial planning and analysis, investing activities, balance sheet and capital markets strategy, cash management, bank relationships, benefit plan administration, and compliance reporting. Philip Holder has been named senior vice president, strategic planning and investor relations. Holder leads CenterPoint Energy’s corporate strategy, investment analyses, and business and corporate development activities. He is also responsible for the company’s investor relations function and its relationships with shareholders, sell-side analysts and potential investors.
National Fuel Gas Company announced that John P. McGinnis, president of Seneca Resources Company LLC, the exploration and production segment of the company, has indicated his intention to retire, effective May 1, 2021. McGinnis will be succeeded by Justin I. Loweth, senior vice president at Seneca Resources.
National Grid has welcomed Natalie Edwards to the company’s newly established chief diversity officer role. Based in New York, Edwards will take on responsibility for the company’s inclusion and diversity efforts across its U.S. and U.K. businesses.
Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation approved the appointment of Seth A. Shapiro as chief operating officer for Philadelphia Gas Works and to the position of president and CEO of PGW after current CEO Craig White retires at the end of 2021.
At Spire, Nick Popielski has been appointed as the company’s first head of environmental commitment. He will lead Spire’s environmental efforts, develop new processes and guide the company’s strategy behind its environmental commitment of achieving carbon neutrality. Popielski, who joined Spire in 2015, will take on this added responsibility while continuing to lead business and economic development.
Washington Gas named Brandon T. Todd as director of corporate public policy. In this role, he leads the company’s public policy group, overseeing federal, state and local government relations.
