CSMs: Our Unspoken Heroes
We just came off Prevue’s Incentive Evolution Summit at Evermore Orlando Resort, which opened its doors in January. This amazing property pulled everything off as if they had been hosting meetings for 10 years, led by event services manager, Jennifer Carter.
And this is why we just love the CSMs we’ve had the honor of working with over the past decade.
Carter's team brought in a talented DMC (Just Right), who came up with a new setup for our appointments—low bamboo tables, with ottomans as chairs and colorful pillows. They were on top of every need, from trays of waters that instantly appeared out of nowhere when we requested them to a shuttle suddenly stationed outside the meeting center when the sky opened up.
From past Prevue Summits, we applaud Lynne Grant at Opal Sands Resort, a seasoned pro who anticipated our every need. Or Michael Angelov at Eau Palm Beach, who epitomized The Ritz-Carlton level of service, having stayed on when that resort changed hands. Or Christine Trimarco, formerly of The Langham Huntington in Pasadena, who worked with her chefs to create the most creative tomato-inspired F&B break (who would have thought!).
It’s been especially fun to work with CSMs on adding aspects of wellness to our signature Meet Well event: A personal introduction by the Lake Nona Wave Hotel to Deepak Chopra’s yoga instructor, who ran our meeting break; a Zen Lounge and nitro sorbet at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort; and The Mansion in Las Vegas, which researched the nutritional details of each dish and created special signs for our evening there.
