This is a hands-on licensing workshop that will explain how to apply for export and brokering licenses in both the DDTC and BIS electronic licensing systems. Since the new EAR regulations went into effect in 2024, the BIS license process has changed and so have the document requirements. In this session, information will be presented to explain in detail how to complete license applications in both DDTC’s DECCS system and BIS’s SNAP-R system, and what support documents you will need.
