As part of its commitment to customers and dealers, American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) extended its customer service hours effective May 1. Dealerships and customers now have access to financing support for an extra hour in the morning and in the evening across all AHFC service centers.
“Customer service remains our number one focus,” says John Johnston, assistant vice president, Field Operations and Sales, AHFC. “We are expanding our hours by 25% to provide our customers and dealers with greater access to our customer service team.”
Extending our hours was a promise of the Next Generation program, which consolidated AHFC’s regional offices into three service centers. The service centers and the Lease Maturity Center (LMC) will add an additional shift each day to allow for two more hours of phone coverage.
AHFC’s extended service hours reflects its dedication to fostering a smoother and more convenient leasing and financing experience for everyone involved.
