The MGA Adaptive Golf Program has made significant progress in 2025, expanding its reach and impact throughout the Met Area. Through multiple clinics and events, we have introduced golf to individuals of all abilities, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for adaptive athletes.
Since January, we have collaborated with organizations such as the Miracle League Foundation and the Arc of Westchester, hosting successful indoor clinics at Golfzon Social in Scarsdale, N.Y. Additionally, we partnered with Cornell Medicine to finalize our Adaptive Golf Training Certification, reinforcing our commitment to education and athlete development.
Our competitive initiatives continue to grow, with several athletes preparing for the USGA Adaptive Open Qualifier at Haworth Country Club in Haworth, N.J., in April. We have also expanded our volunteer and instructor network, welcoming new professionals and dedicated volunteers to enhance our programming and impact.
We plan to increase our presence on Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut, establishing new partnerships and additional clinics. With strong momentum, we are excited to continue breaking barriers and making golf accessible to all.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed – 2025 is shaping up to be an outstanding year.
