The foundation of a liberal arts education at McDaniel is a strong sense of community — from the first step on the Hill through graduation and beyond.
We seek to re-engage our community of alumni, parents, and friends throughout the Reaching New Heights campaign by establishing 2,500 new community connections.
Alumni who are looking to get reconnected with their alma mater can update their contact information with the college to ensure they receive invitations for Homecoming, Alumni Weekend, Green Terror Gatherings, and more, as well as progress updates on the campaign, their copy of The Hill magazine, and news about the college.
Opportunities for alumni to reconnect with friends extend beyond Homecoming and Alumni Weekend. Local Green Terror Gatherings are more informal events hosted right in your neighborhoods, and alumni receptions and dinners with college leadership give you greater insight into what’s happening on the Hill.
Pass along your love for the Hill by referring a future student. The McDaniel College Future Student Referral Program allows alumni and parents of current students to refer an unlimited number of students to the Hill — and rewards students for the vote of confidence by doubling their Visit Incentive Grant.
Help strengthen the McDaniel network through opportunities like volunteering on your Milestone Reunion Committee, serving as a class reporter, becoming a mentor or guest speaker on campus, or serving on the Alumni Council or Parent & Family Council.
