Sean Radcliffe is assistant vice president with HUB International, a leading national insurance broker. He and his wife live in his hometown of Timonium, Maryland, with their two daughters, Madison and Ava. His industry has been rewarding, not only to help people, but working with McDaniel colleagues in adjacent industries as well as within his own company. He says it’s nice catching up with fellow alumni in the business world to discuss McDaniel experiences and stories. He and his brother just wrapped up their second annual golf outing in memory of their dad who passed away from ALS. They began putting this together just before COVID-19 began and had that on the back burner until it finally came to fruition in 2022. All the proceeds go to the Packard Center for ALS Research at Johns Hopkins to help fund research to cure this disease. While life has become a lot busier with kids, social media and group chats make things a lot easier to stay in touch with guys who have moved away.
Emoff Amofa, who now holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, is a founder of a research, strategy, and consultation startup known as Pamoja-Interactive. He resides in Jersey City and works on Staten Island as a behavior intervention specialist, working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with mental or physical disabilities. If he is not speaking to McDaniel research and digital marketing students or in local communities as a guest speaker, he spends most of his free time creating digital art and mixing music, a combination he calls Music-Art. Emoff’s love for rhythm and music was evident at a young age, but it was fully on display when he got his first chance to DJ at a Homecoming event at McDaniel college during his sophomore year. You can find Emoff’s art on his Instagram page @emaffn as DJ MusicArt.
As for me, I am celebrating five years working at PepsiCo in their marketing department and recently moved over to their shopper marketing team, managing gas and convenience store chains such as Royal Farms, Thorntons, and MAPCO as well as mom and pop stores across the South. I’ve stayed busy traveling for work and fun with trips to New York City, Nashville, Atlanta, Louisville, and Orlando just this year alone. I live in Annapolis, Maryland, with my boyfriend, Mark Bell, and love making trips back to Westminster with my mom, Carol James ’79, to Baughers and The Cow, our favorite mother-daughter lunch spots.
