We know that our members get questions, and we’re always happy to help. Here’s some of the most popular questions we receive on a monthly basis and the answers:
See our Member Discounts page (ncga.org/member-area/discounts) to get an overview of the benefits and discounts, then follow the links to learn more.
To get access to the specific discount codes you will need to be an active member of the NCGA and have an email associated with your GHIN number. Fill out the Request Discounts Details form on the page and a downloadable pdf with discount details will be emailed to you.
Contact your Club or submit our Forgot GHIN form to retrieve your GHIN number. The form can be found at ncga.org/forgot-ghin.
NCGA membership can take up to 24 hours to activate but is often activated sooner. Once active, you will be emailed your GHIN number within one hour of joining the NCGA. If you have joined through a course or club, you will be emailed your GHIN number once your club administrators have processed your application.
You need to contact your club’s handicap chairperson. They are responsible for editing/deleting members' incorrectly posted scores. If you’re an eClub member, contact us.
GHIN attempts to deliver an ERevision up to three times before discontinuing. Check your spam folder and be sure to add revisionupdate@ghin.com to your safe sender list. You may also contact our Handicap Department at handicap@ncga.org to be provided with a copy of your eRevision.
Always keep in mind that many of your questions can be answered on our website at NCGA.org. Just go to the Contact Us tab at the top of the homepage. From there, you’ll get to the Contact Us main page, which we call ‘Let’s Talk.’ As the screenshot here shows, you’ll get the option for four Quick Links: Help Center, Careers, Advertise With Us and More Ways to Get in Touch.
Choose your option and you’ll be on your way!
Please remember, the mobile myNCGA App has been discontinued. Get the GHIN app today for your phone or device and don’t skip a beat!
In the place of the mobile myNCGA app, which does not exist anymore, we suggest the GHIN app, which can be found at the App Store or on Google Play. In addition to score posting, Handicap Index lookups and stats tracking, the GHIN app continues to deliver innovations including getting GPS distances from your Apple watch.
You can also set up a game: Calculate Handicap Index strokes for each person playing in the group on one digital scorecard., track the match and later easily transfer scores to players in your group after the round for individual review and posting.

Have the GHIN App but still get confused from time to time? We’ve got help for you there also.
You can always visit our Help Center at support.ncga.org/knowledge. Once there, you’ll see a section on GHIN Mobile App. Just click there and you’ll be presented with a step-by-step guide on how to solve some of the most asked questions regarding the App including:
