The exciting rollouts continue at top-end clubs around the country. Below you’ll find five updates from around the country, where new and dazzling opportunities are appearing this year.
In Texas, Loraloma at Thomas Ranch is the centerpiece of a private enclave in the pristine Hill Country not far from Austin. The 2,250-acre property features a 7,060-yard David McLay Kidd layout set to open in spring 2025. The development will be adding a boutique hotel, waterfront amenties, equestrian, and a premium culinary offering. Once complete, it will include up to 450 residences.
Pinewild Country Club of Pinehurst in North Carolina has unveiled Azalea Place with 78 new homes in a secluded neighborhood starting this summer. The club already features two championship courses as well as a world-class golf academy, a 9-hole course, and a 25-meter Olympic swimming pool. And a new ownership group is bringing exciting energy to this property, which is located less than one mile from the Village of Pinehurst.
At Tributary, an upscale private community located west of the Tetons in Idaho, David McLay Kidd just completed a course renovation at the 18-hole championship course. Exceptional fishing and skiing abound in this natural wonderland.
The Reserve at Lake Keowee in South Carolina is working to grow too. A strategic master plan project is underway, and a new par-3 course is in the permit phase, designed by none other than Beau Welling. The community is very active, not only in golf but also outdoor and water sports thanks to the picturesque natural setting, and memberships at this mountain escape are built with families in mind.
And here in Florida, Soleta, a private community featuring a Nick Price designed course, is opening this fall. The property will include 93 custom built luxury residences. 14 golf cottages will also be available for members and guests. Amenities will include a lagoon style pool, six Har-tru tennis courts and four pickleball courts, and a destination spa.
