The Country Club at Mirasol has been a shining star among residential communities in Palm Beach Gardens for two decades. This gated community of 1,170 homes encompassing 2,300 acres is centered at the Grand Clubhouse - a stunning 74,000 square foot facility - and also features 36 holes of great golf designed by Tom Fazio and Arthur Hills. And now, under a new multifaceted $82 million renovation, both courses will be upgraded by 2029, and expansive plans to design new building and renovate existing facilities are in the works, led by Peacock + Lewis Architects and Planners. Alongside these exciting projects, a state-of-the-art indoor pickleball facility will be added. "We are thrilled to unveil this exciting and essential renovation project, which represents a significant investment in Mirasol's future," said General Manager and COO Matt Lambert. "Every aspect of this project will exceed expectations and enrich the lives of our diverse membership."
Boca West Country Club in Boca Raton, meanwhile, just unveiled a stunning $70 million lifestyle center to complement the four golf courses already on property. Among the impressive upgrades was the Fitness & Wellness Center, which was enlarged to 72,000 square feet. Members now have two more dining options to choose from, including handcrafted cocktails at the newly opened Aria Bar & Rooftop. This and more were done, the club is proud to announce, all without any member assessments.
