For eligible employees who are primary caregivers, Maersk will provide up to six weeks of paid parental leave upon the birth or arrival of a child and transitional return to work, which is one paid day per week for up to 26 weeks. Please refer to the Parental Leave policy for details.
For eligible employees, Maersk will reimburse qualified adoption expenses up to $2,500 maximum per eligible child.
