With the dog days of summer in our rearview mirror and the turning of the leaves upon us, Americans of all ages will soon be heading into the woods with visions of filling their freezers and sending another trophy buck to their local taxidermist. We have spent countless hours at the range shooting our bows and rifles, making damn certain that we can make that perfect ethical shot when our number is called. With opening day almost upon us, the endless hours that we have spent scouting, setting trail cameras, and hanging treestands, all of this work is finally about to pay off. We have visualized this moment for months. Now it is finally here. Let the adventure begin. For those of us brave enough to board a plane, cross the Atlantic for destinations unknown, we applaud your dedications to our outdoor lifestyle. We look forward to hearing about your adventures and viewing your hunting pictured in our Trophy-room section of the magazine.
We are elated to share the Fall Edition of American Outdoor News with you! It is our privilege to share our feature interview with the outspoken ambassador of our outdoor lifestyle and defender of our first and second amendment rights, The Motor City Madman, Mr. Ted Nugent. Never at a loss for words, any Ted interview is not to be missed. His up front, in your face style will keep you at the edge of your seat. Additionally, in our 2A section, we speak to a man who has dedicated a lifetime to law enforcement, America’s Sheriff, David Clarke. He expresses his opinion about the lawlessness that is running rampant in major US cities across our great nation. He offers his views unapologetically about what is wrong with our society today.
Our incredible staff of writers have really kicked it up a notch for this issue. The adventures that they share are unsurpassed. American Outdoor News would not be where it is without them.
Thank you again for following us at American Outdoor News and we look forward to your feedback
Sincerely,
Chris Avena
