Ameren Illinois has announced three additions to its leadership team. Eric Kozak has been promoted to vice president of gas operations. Theresa Shaw has joined the company as vice president of regulatory affairs and financial services. Jim Blessing has been promoted to assistant vice president of regulatory policy and rates.
For the City of Richmond, Virginia, Calvin D. Farr Jr. is director of public utilities, replacing Robert Steidel.
Gary Baysinger is Gainesville Regional Utilities officer, energy delivery, for Gainesville Regional Utilities, replacing David Beaulieu, who has retired.
At Metropolitan Utilities District, Mark Doyle is president, replacing Scott Keep, who has retired.
Middle Tennessee Natural Gas Utility District has announced that Matthew C. Stennett has been promoted to the position of vice president, engineering.
NW Natural’s board of directors has appointed Melinda Rogers to vice president and chief human resources and diversity officer.
Nick Stavropoulos has retired from his role as president and chief operating officer of Pacific Gas & Electric Company. He has also stepped down from his position as a member of the board of directors of the utility. Stavropoulos joined PG&E in 2011 and was promoted to president and COO in March 2017. Prior to joining PG&E, Stavropoulos served as executive vice president and COO for National Grid.
After seven years as chairman of the board of directors at Gas Technology Institute, Terry McCallister has stepped down, aligning with his retirement as chairman and CEO of WGL Holdings Inc. and Washington Gas. McCallister has agreed to join the board of directors of AltaGas, which closed on its acquisition of WGL Holdings in July. Adrian Chapman, who succeeded McCallister as president and CEO of WGL Holdings Inc. and Washington Gas, has been elected to serve on GTI’s board. Bret Lane, president and chief operating officer, Southern California Gas Company, has been elected to serve as chair of GTI’s board. Rebecca Ranich, president, Exenico LLC, was reaffirmed for the position of vice chair, which she has held since 2011.
