Acadia University (Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada)
Founded in 1838, Acadia University is one of the oldest and most respected liberal arts universities in Canada. Acadia is an integral part of the quintessential college town of Wolfville, overlooking the Annapolis Valley and Bay of Fundy. Nearly half of Acadia’s 3,500 students choose to live on campus in one of 11 traditional-style residence halls. One of these buildings, Seminary House, which was built in 1878, holds the distinction of being the oldest operating residence hall in Canada.
