The General Hospital star tied the knot in a ‘coastal, dream’ celebration
When Steve Burton said “I do” to chef and content creator Michelle Lundstrom, 44, at their “romantic” Laguna Beach, Calif., wedding on May 17, the celebration marked “the beginning of forever,” says the General Hospital star, 54. The couple were wed in an intimate Orthodox church ceremony followed by an oceanfront reception at Montage Laguna Beach. Lundstrom’s daughters from a previous relationship, Lilah, 14, and Hannah, 10, joined Burton’s children (whom he shares with ex-wife Sheree Burton), Makena, 21, Jack, 19, and Brooklyn, 10, in the couple’s wedding party. During the reception the newlyweds’ 45 guests—including Burton’s General Hospital costars Jonathan Jackson and his wife, Lisa Vultaggio—enjoyed a “dreamy” candlelit dinner of beef tenderloin before dancing the night away to ’80s music. Burton, who proposed in January, says he feels lucky to have Lundstrom by his side after his difficult divorce in 2023. “She is the most amazing, beautiful and selfless woman I’ve ever known.” Adds Lundstrom: “He’s proven that fairy-tale love truly exists.”
