Fresh fruit flavors meet cinnamonspiced cream for a blend that puts a sunny twist on your winter holiday celebration. Here’s the recipe to stir up a batch at home, courtesy of The Official Disney Parks Celebration Cookbook by Pam Brandon and the Disney Chefs. It’s just one of the book’s 101 recipes for dishes and drinks that have tempted tastebuds during fan-favorite festivals at Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort, including, not only the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, but also the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival and winter holiday celebrations on both coasts.
Pro tip: Add a bit of whimsy and flair by topping the whipped cream on each drink with a few pieces of honeycomb-shaped-and-flavored cereal (as pictured here).

Cinnamon Whipped Cream Ingredients:
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons cinnamon syrup
Cinnamon Whipped Cream Steps:
Combine heavy whipping cream and cinnamon syrup in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Whip until medium peaks form. Place in a piping bag and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Guava-Melon Lassi Ingredients:
1 ½ cups guava nectar
½ cup nonfat yogurt
¹⁄3 cup water
½ cup cantaloupe syrup
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup ice
Guava-Melon Lassi Steps:
Combine guava nectar, nonfat yogurt, water, cantaloupe syrup and honey in a large pitcher, and stir until combined. Fill rocks glasses with ice, and pour mixture over top. Then top with your refrigerated cinnamon whipped cream.
