One million dollars, along with heaps of other amazing prizes, will be up
for grabs at the TGA’s inaugural “Take Your Shot Challenge” on Oct. 4 at
Trinity Forest Golf Club in Dallas. The unique event amounts to a nine-hole
“Closest to the Hole” contest, in which participants get nine chances to make
an ace. The nine players who either make a hole-in-one or finish closest to the
hole then advance to the grand finale,
a 10th hole and a shot at $1 Million.
Anyone who makes a hole-in-one in the first nine holes will win a prize
valued between $5,000-$50,000. Each Closest-to-the-Hole winner scores an
exciting prize. If no one makes an ace on the $1 Million shot, the player whose
ball finishes closest to the hole will take home another enticing grand prize.
You get the idea? There are going to be tons of prizes!
So get your favorite outfit ready, energize your good-luck charm, don’t
walk under any ladders or, better still, work on your scoring range clubs,
