Export documentation needs to be accurate and complete because small document errors can cause export violations. This session will include information on the 2025 regulation changes, current licensing trends and important country updates and guidance, which will help you target your export business. ATF Form 6 Import Permits — The Process and How to file in the eForms System

Imports of firearms and ammunition require an ATF Form 6 Import Permit. If you are importing or thinking about importing, it is important to know this process. How Form 6 works, what is allowed on the application, and the restrictions on imports of certain products. Information on the import permit process and typical transactions will be provided. ATF Imports Branch personnel will be on hand to provide a how-to session for applying for Form 6 Import Permits on the ATF eForms system.
